Well, that was a tease
Does anyone else feel like the 4 “school” days last week were a great way to get back into the swing of things and then the 4 day weekend was a great way to derail ALL progress? Not sure about you, but all of this back and forth is a great way to create a totally bedtime battle at our house, and I only have a toddler!
Well, the good news is that I guess we are starting over today! It’s a new month, new week and a new chance to get back into the swing of things.
I can totally see why lots of school districts around the US wait until after Labor Day to start school.

Remember that bedtime doesn’t have to be an ongoing battle with your little ones (or big ones, either). In fact, the after dinner time frame can be a great chance to slow down, enjoy some screen-free time, and fit in some family time with a walk around the block or a fun game.
