Meet Sarah Belin
Pediatric Sleep Specialist
Hey there, Sarah here! I’m a former elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home mom, living in Maine with my husband and three young children.
I have my B.A. in Sociology and M.A.T in Elementary Education from Quinnipiac University. As an educator, helping others has always been my passion. When I became a mom and left the classroom, this passion for serving didn’t end, it just changed!
“Bedsharing and having our baby sleep on us was never our plan, but it was what was working best for us to get the most amount of sleep. We found Sarah and our lives have literally changed in two weeks. Our baby is the happiest he has ever been, is falling asleep independently in his own crib prop free, and staying asleep through the night! Seriously, the Sleep Teachers are amazing and SO worth it!"

Sarah's Sleep Story
Three babies...Three VERY different babies...Three breastfed babies...Three very different paths to independent sleep. Yet, all three babies were sleeping through the night by 4 months old.
Sleep is my jam, and I’m so glad I have three happy and well-rested kids. There’s no doubt that they love their mama time, and are very attached to me during the day, but when it comes to sleep...we are all about independence. All of the time!
Becoming a part of the Sleeper Teachers™ team is such a natural fit for me, and I love helping other families teach sleep just like I taught my own littles!
If you are an east coast family who is ready for better sleep, I’m your Sleeper Teacher! Use this link to set up a free sleep evaluation call so we can connect and chat about all things sleep!
Cheers to sleep,
