How to work with us:

Step 1: Head over to meet the Sleeper Teachers™. You can select a consultant based on your timezone or submit a sleep support interest form to be paired with the next available consultant. 

Step 2: Hop on a free 20-minute sleep evaluation call, so we can chat about all the sleep struggles your family is facing. In this call, we will talk about how we will work together to get meet your sleep goals with as little stress as possible.

Step 3: Dream about what a full night of sleep will feel like for your family as we create a sleep plan specific to your family’s sleep struggles and goals.

Step 4: Complete your virtual sleep consultation as we get started with your family’s customized sleep plan.

Step 5: Sleep again, FINALLY, with one-on-one coaching and accountability. Our packages include daily support for the duration of your family’s sleep plan. All pediatric packages come with two weeks of support.

Our basic package (12 weeks to 12 years) is two weeks of support which includes:

  • A sleep evaluation call so that we can understand the specific needs of your family
  • A customized sleep plan so that you feel comfortable implementing change and reaching your sleep goals
  • A virtual sleep consultation so that we can give you the details about how to make changes and answer all your burning questions
  • Voxer walkie talkie support so that you feel immediately support during the sleep plan without having clear your schedule for a 20 minute call
  • Voxer texting support so that you can send us questions in the middle of the nap routine without stimulating your baby by talking
  • Unlimited email support so that your middle of the night questions don’t slip away…. #mombrain

  • Virtual nursery/bedroom assessment so that you can hear our expert advice on reducing distractions and overstimulation

We don't want to sugarcoat it. Your little one will cry at some point during the process of sleep teaching.

Since babies use crying as their main form of communication, it is highly unlikely to make it through any change or learned skill (even sleep teaching) without some protest. Think about tummy time. Babies have to learn it, but very few of them actually like it to start.

So yes, your baby will cry; however, this does not mean that we are going to suggest you lay baby down, leave the room, shut the door and cross your fingers until morning, unless that works for you. Most families who reach out to us want a sleep plan that is more involved and compassionate than that.

You aren't going to like this answer much, but... It depends, mama!

We all have various struggles and thresholds. We all have sleep needs that are different from our best friend and neighbor. We all operate differently, especially when sleep deprived.

We wish we had some "magic formula" for finding the perfect time for you, but we haven't cracked that code (yet).

If you are pregnant or have a new bundle at home, we can absolutely be proactive in laying the foundation for safe and healthy sleep habits from the start with our prenatal/newborn package.

If you have a baby between 12 and 16 weeks, we can create a hybrid plan that is geared at "beating" the 4 month sleep regression.

If you have a baby over 16 weeks, we can dive into a full sleep plan that is aligned with your goals. Keep in mind that teaching independent sleep DOES NOT mean dropping all night feeds, although, these things often coincide.

For sure. In fact, most clients appreciate how much MORE FREEDOM they have once their little one is sleeping independently. Think about it… Take all the time that you are currently spending every 24 hour period trying to get your little one(s) to sleep.

Now, replace that with free time, travel time, Target time, or park time.

We will ask you to commit to being home at night for the two weeks of your sleep plan (because that is what is most fair to your little who's learning the skill of sleep), but you aren't on house arrest. We promise!

PS -- Daycare naps can totally be a thing. Don't believe us? You should!

Absolutely! In fact, we love supporting families before baby is born or during the first 12 weeks because it allows us to be proactive in our approach. Rather than "fixing" sleep once baby is 4 months old, we can get started early on by promoting safe and healthy sleep habits. When we work with newborns, we do not get a day-by-day sleep plan in place, but rather focus on sleep education and reaching 5 newborn sleep goals to promote independent sleep. 

This package is 6 weeks in length, but it can be altered depending on age and baby's weight. All of the Sleeper Teachers™ are certified in prenatal and newborn sleep, so pick a teacher from here or complete this quick sleep support interest form< to be paired up.
