Hey ya'll, Nicole here! I am a pediatric sleep consultant based in Charleston. Originally from Atlanta, GA, I now live in beautiful Charleston, SC with my husband Jonas and our two girls, Maddie and Sophie. I love supporting exhausted Charleston families and parents all over the world remotely to teach their little ones to sleep so that everyone in the family gets the rest they need.

I create customized sleep plans for my clients, and then accompany them through the sleep teaching process so that we reach their sleep goals as quickly as possible.

With a background in health and communications, I am passionate about helping families live their healthiest lives through fitness, nutrition and, of course, SLEEP!
