What People Are Saying About Our Baby Sleep Trainers in Marblehead

Five stars

After 8 months of chronic ear infections my 2 year old's sleep was awful. My husband slept on the floor holding his hand through the crib for 3 months. This was the only way anyone could get any sleep.

I found Sleep Teachers on Instagram and a few days later reached out for a consult. I feel extremely lucky to have been paired with my Sleeper Teacher. She developed a personalized plan for us and was by our side every step of the way. In my option she went above and beyond her “job”. Over our time together we made huge strides in my son's sleep and I’m happy to report everyone is sleeping in their own beds finally!

If your family is struggling with sleep I encourage you to reach out to Sleep Teachers. Thank you Sleeper Teachers for all of your help. I miss our daily chats already.

We have twins and didn't think there was anyone that could help us. We were mentally and emotionally drained from the lack of sleep.

My wife would have to wake up every hour most nights to nurse a baby back to sleep. We finally decided that we had to do something. We were hesitant with the price, but it ended up being worth it.

Within a week BOTH babies were napping and sleeping on their own with minimal intervention from us. Actually being able to get a full nights sleep has been life changing for all of us. We also have noticed an improvement in the babies appetite and attitude, too .

We would definitely recommend this program to parents of either singletons or multiples.

Five stars

We started working with Sleeper Teachers when our daughter was about 6 weeks old and she helped us through those difficult first months!

She was so supportive, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable about building good sleep habits early on.

The 1x a week phone calls were the perfect touch points for us and we learned so much every time we spoke.

Those early months are so critical and exhausting and it was helpful to have someone who understood how difficult things can be.

I really enjoyed our time working together and highly recommend her!! You can’t go wrong with the Sleeper Teachers.

Are baby sleep trainers worth it?

Sleep training can be a beneficial process for many babies and their families, helping to establish healthy sleep patterns and promote better rest for both the baby and the parents. Sleep training involves teaching babies to self-soothe and fall asleep independently, which can reduce nighttime wake-ups and the need for parental intervention. For parents who are sleep-deprived, establishing a consistent bedtime routine can lead to improved well-being for the whole family.

One of the main benefits of sleep training is that it encourages babies to develop healthy sleep habits early in life. This can lead to better emotional and physical development, as sleep is essential for brain growth and overall health. Babies who learn to sleep through the night may experience improved moods, better focus during waking hours, and even stronger immune systems.

There are various methods of sleep training and parents should choose one that aligns with their values and their baby's needs. While some critics believe sleep training can be stressful for babies, most pediatricians agree that when done properly and with sensitivity, sleep training is safe and effective. It's important to remember that every baby is different, and parents should consult their pediatrician to find the best approach for their family.
