Ready to Finally
Get Some Sleep?

customized sleep packages

We work with parents like you who are sick and tired of being so damn tired.

We get it... You don’t have the time or energy to continue troubleshooting possible sleep solutions on Google. You can't stand to get one more piece of sleep advice from your neighbor. And if you spend one more nap time trying to sneak your way out of your little one's room, you might go totally nuts!

The good news... You don't have to do any of that any more!

Work with us:

Step 1: Head over to meet the Sleeper Teachers®. You can select a consultant based on your preferences or choose the next available consultant.

Step 2: Hop on a free 20 minute sleep evaluation call so we can hear about the challenges your family is facing. In this call we will share how we can work together to get you sleeping ASAP!

Step 3: Schedule your virtual sleep consultation where we share your family’s customized sleep plan and get you all prepped and ready to start night 1.

Step 4: Sleep again, FINALLY, with 1-on-1 coaching, cheerleading and accountability. Our packages include daily support for the duration of your family’s sleep plan because we know that what you really need is help along the way!

What makes the Sleeper Teachers® different?

As former teachers, mamas and experts in this field of sleep coaching, we know the most important part to this whole process is our connection with YOU.

It’s no secret that change is hard. Breaking old habits is hard. Creating new habits is hard. Trusting your (tired) gut is hard. Sticking to a plan is hard.

This is why we make ourselves available daily to you through a snazzy walkie-talkie app called Voxer. Because, as a busy working mama, we’ve been in your shoes before!

We understand when you have a quick question that can't wait until the next check in call. We get that sometimes you need support RIGHT THEN and you don’t want to wait until next week.

So, Vox us. And as we are unloading our dishwashers, folding the endless piles of laundry or posting our latest success story on IG, we will Vox you back.

We will connect. And you will see even more success with sleep training.

We will teach you, hold your hand, troubleshoot with you, celebrate the big moments and recognize the little ones. We will be YOUR accountability partner. Because we know what works and we can't wait to see you succeed!

"Imagine yourself laying your child down in their bed, kissing them on the cheek, saying “night, night,” walking away while they roll over and snuggle in for the night, closing the door and joining your partner on the couch (maybe with a glass of wine) to hang out in blissful silence before going to bed and sleeping several uninterrupted hours yourself. Sounds amazing right?? Well, I just did that thanks to this program! And you can too…"

--Jennifer & Adam, parents of a 7 month old

"After two weeks of support, our daughter's relationship with sleep has completely changed in all of the best possible ways. The stress that was taken off our shoulders thanks to the support the Sleeper Teachers provided every step of the way. It has been irreplaceable. It was such a relief to have the support of someone who knows what they're doing to keep us in the right mindset, troubleshoot challenges as we experienced them, make plan adjustments, and just tell us that we were doing a good job in the moments when we really needed to hear it." -- Kristan, Mom of 9 month old

We don't want to sugarcoat it. Your little one will cry at some point during the process of sleep teaching.

Since babies use crying as their main form of communication, it is highly unlikely to make it through any change or learned skill (even sleep teaching) without some protest. Think about tummy time. Babies have to learn it, but very few of them actually like it to start.

So yes, your baby will cry; however, this does not mean that we are going to suggest you lay baby down, leave the room, shut the door and cross your fingers until morning, unless that works for you. Most families who reach out to us want a sleep plan that is more involved and compassionate than that.

We want this process to be sustainable for you, and we want it to work for your family which is why we customize our sleep plans! As Sleeper Teachers™ we look forward to supporting you in reaching your sleep goals as quickly and with as little stress as possible!

"I was skeptical and worried about paying for a sleep trainer. I assumed every sleep trainer was going to ask for a bunch of money to just tell you that you need to let your child cry it out. That wasn't the case, and I was so wrong. Brittney walked us through step by step and had a clear and malleable plan that fit our families needs. We were very impressed by the education of Brittney and her team, and the amount of support - via contact and print- we could refer to." -- Alyson, Mom of 2

You aren't going to like this answer much, but... It depends, mama!

We all have various struggles and thresholds. We all have sleep needs that are different from our best friend and neighbor. We all operate differently, especially when sleep deprived.

We wish we had some "magic formula" for finding the perfect time for you, but we haven't cracked that code (yet).

Chances are, you are ready (or nearly ready) for change since you are browsing this website.

If you are pregnant or have a new bundle at home, we can absolutely be proactive in laying the foundation for safe and healthy sleep habits from the start with our prenatal/newborn package.

If you have a baby between 12 and 16 weeks, we can create a hybrid plan that is geared at "beating" the 4 month sleep regression.

If you have a baby over 16 weeks, we can dive into a full sleep plan that is aligned with your goals. Keep in mind that teaching independent sleep DOES NOT mean dropping all night feeds, although, these things often coincide.

If you aren't sure if now is the right time, let's chat about it! You can head here to book a free sleep evaluation call with the next available Sleeper Teacher! At the end of the day, you know your family best, and we would love to support you in making the best choice for you, whenever that time comes!

For sure. In fact, most clients appreciate how much MORE FREEDOM they have once their little one is sleeping independently. Think about it… Take all the time that you are currently spending every 24 hour period trying to get your little one(s) to sleep.

Now, replace that with free time, travel time, Target time, or park time.

We will ask you to commit to being home at night for the two weeks of your sleep plan (because that is what is most fair to your little who's learning the skill of sleep), but you aren't on house arrest. We promise!

PS -- Daycare naps can totally be a thing. Don't believe us? You should!

"Now at 5 months she sleeps through the night, and we get rave reviews from daycare about how she is the best napper ever! I recommend these wonderful women to absolutely everyone with a baby who is sleep deprived, which means absolutely everyone with a baby!" -- Jesslyn, first time mama

Absolutely! In fact, we love supporting families before baby is born or during the first 12 weeks because it allows us to be proactive in our approach. Rather than "fixing" sleep once baby is 4 months old, we can get started early on by promoting safe and healthy sleep habits. When we work with newborns, we do not get a day-by-day sleep plan in place, but rather focus on sleep education and reaching 5 newborn sleep goals to promote independent sleep.

This package is 6 weeks in length, but it can be altered depending on age and baby's weight. All of the Sleeper Teachers™ are certified in prenatal and newborn sleep, so pick a teacher from here or complete this quick sleep support interest form< to be paired up.

"I worked with Sleeper Teacher Beth and it was absolutely amazing. I was definitely skeptical since my babe was only about 6 weeks old when we started. He was never a bad sleeper but Beth helped him become better and a more consistent sleeper. Within a few weeks he was doing 9 hour stretches and now does 12! She has prepared us for all different kinds of scenarios and how to get back on track when life happens. I already recommend this to everyone I know and am so thankful I was able to do this as early as I did." -- Alex, newborn Mom

Ummmm YES! We believe that sleep teaching is as important as child-birthing classes, lactation support and a good ol' fashion night of Netflix and chill. We would not be functioning as parents without having sleep taught our own kiddos. Seriously.

What would you give to...
Have your life (and your room) back?
Have simplicity in your days because your baby is napping without a fight?
No longer have to spend hours on Pinterest researching sleep tips?
Ditch your stress anxiety around sleep and replace it with confidence and clarity?

Investing in sleep teaching will give you all that and more. We take you from an exhausted mom to a naptime hustler with a predictable daytime schedule and time in the evenings to get things done. Or… To Netflix and chill because we are all about that.

"If you are hesitant, I get it, we were too. Finances are tough but it truly is an investment. Laying in bed the other night, my husband said this has been worth every penny and then some, "I would have paid $1,000 for this!" Seriously, the Sleeper Teachers are amazing and SO worth it! We are forever thankful!" -- Dana, Mom of a 4-month-old

The great news is that because of the one-on-one coaching and support that we provide to our families, this isn't going to happen. Truly. We are chatting EVERY DAY that you are implementing the plan, so we certainly aren't going to let you get two weeks in without seeing success.

We are sure you are thinking that you will be the family this doesn't work for, but guess what?!? Most of our clients think that. The bottom line is… You wouldn't be reaching out for sleep support if you have a baby who was an expert/pro/easy sleeper. You would be SLEEPING and not reading our FAQs.

Let us do the heavy lifting as we create a plan and support you through it, and if you can't take it from us, take it from our clients:

"We have twins and didn't think there was anyone that could help us. We were mentally and emotionally drained from the lack of sleep. My wife would have to wake up every hour most nights to nurse a baby back to sleep. We finally decided that we had to do something. We were hesitant with the price, but it ended up being worth it. Within a week BOTH babies were napping and sleeping on their own with minimal intervention from us. Actually being able to get a full nights sleep has been life changing for all of us. We also have noticed an improvement in the babies appetite and attitude, too . We would definitely recommend this program to parents of either singletons or multiples." -- Eli, Dad of 16 month old twins

Sure do! There is a common misconception that sleep plans, 1-on-1 support and lofty sleep goals are just for pediatrics, but we are here to tell you that could not be further from the truth. In fact, getting solid sleep as adults actually allows us to be better parents, employees, lovers, and dreamers! So, what do ya say… Let's get you dreaming again!

To join forces for YOUR SLEEP, let's hop on a free sleep evaluation call where we will chat about your sleep goals and the quickest way to take you from frustrated and sleep-deprived to empowered and revived.
